English: Zhu Ye Qing Tea (竹叶青), also known as green bamboo leaf tea, is a tea that grows on the slopes of Mount Emei in the Sichuan province, China. The name means 'green bamboo leaf', which is a tribute to its clear liquid appearance and its leaves that seemingly dance in the water when infused.
